The School Board of Escambia County, Florida, convened in Special Meeting at 4:45 p.m. in the Directors' Conference Room (131), at the Hall Educational Services Center, 30 East Texar Drive, Pensacola, Florida, with the following present:

Chairman: Dr. John DeWitt Vice Chairman: Mrs. Cary Stidham

Board Members: Mr. Gary L. Bergosh

Mrs. Linda Finkelstein

Dr. Elmer Jenkins

School Board Attorney: Mr. Francisco Negron

Superintendent of Schools: Mr. Jim Paul (was not present)

(Note that Dr. John DeWitt, Mrs. Cary Stidham, Mr. Gary L. Bergosh, Mrs. Linda Finkelstein, Dr. Elmer Jenkins, Mr. Francisco Negron, and Mr. Gene Pettis, Director of Employee Services, were in attendance at the Executive Session which immediately followed this meeting. The Superintendent was not present for the Executive Session).

I. ADOPTION OF AGENDA

There being no objection, the agenda was adopted by unanimous consent.

II. REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS COLLABORATIVE BARGAINING ISSUES

Motion by Mrs. Stidham, second by Dr. Jenkins, to go into Executive Session, was unanimously approved.

III. ADJOURNMENT

The Special Meeting adjourned at 4:50 p.m.
