The School Board of Escambia County, Florida, convened in Public Hearing/Informational Meeting   (Re:  Proposed Changes in School Attendance Zones) at 5:30 p.m., in the media center at Pensacola High School, 500 West Maxwell Street, Pensacola, Florida, with the following present:

Chairman:  Dr. John DeWitt           

Vice Chairman:   Ms. Linda Finkelstein

Board Members:   Mr. Gary L. Bergosh

Mrs. Cary Stidham

Dr. Elmer Jenkins

School Board Attorney:  Mr. Francisco M. Negron, Jr. (was not present)

Superintendent of Schools:  Mr. Jim Paul

I.   CALL TO ORDER

Dr. DeWitt called the Public Hearing/Informational Meeting to order at 5:40 p.m.

II.   PUBLIC HEARING

Dr. DeWitt called for public hearing regarding the proposed modifications, changes and/or deletions of school attendance zone boundaries for elementary, middle and high schools in Escambia County, however, there were no speakers.

III.  ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business, the Public Hearing/Informational Meeting adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
