MINUTES, NOVEMBER 25, 2003

The School Board of Escambia County, Florida, opened a Special Meeting at 10:00 a.m., in the Superintendent’s Conference Room, at the Dr. Vernon McDaniel (Administration) Building, 215 West Garden Street, Pensacola, Florida, with the following present:

Chair: Mrs. Cary Stidham Vice Chair: Dr. John DeWitt

Board Members: Mrs. Carissa Bergosh

Mr. Ronnie Clark

Ms. Linda Finkelstein

School Board Attorney: Mr. Francisco M. Negron, Jr. (was not present)

Superintendent of Schools: Mr. Jim Paul

Those present convened in Executive Session for the purpose of discussing collaborative bargaining issues.

[NOTE: Mr. Shawn Dennis, Assistant Superintendent for Operations, and Mr. Keith Leonard, Chief Negotiator, were also in attendance for this Executive Session.]
