MINUTES, DECEMBER 16, 2003

The School Board of Escambia County, Florida, opened a Special Meeting at 4:00 p.m., in Room 131, at the J.E. Hall Educational Services Center, 30 East Texar Drive, Pensacola, Florida, with the following present:

Chair: Mrs. Cary Stidham Vice Chair: Dr. John DeWitt

Board Members: Mrs. Carissa Bergosh (was not present)

Mr. Ronnie Clark (was not present)

Ms. Linda Finkelstein

School Board Attorney: Mr. Francisco M. Negron, Jr.

Superintendent of Schools: Mr. Jim Paul

Those present convened in Executive Session for the purpose of discussing collaborative bargaining issues.

[NOTE: Mrs. Barbara Linker, Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Business Services, and Mr. Keith Leonard, Chief Negotiator, were also in attendance for this Executive Session.]
