The School Board of Escambia County, Florida, opened a Special Meeting at 10:00 a.m., in the Superintendent’s Conference Room, at the Dr. Vernon McDaniel (Administration) Building, 215 West Garden Street, Pensacola, Florida, with the following present:

Chair:  Ms. Linda Finkelstein

School Board Attorney:  Mr. Francisco M. Negron, Jr.

Superintendent of Schools:      Mr. Jim Paul

Those present convened in Executive Session for the purpose of discussion regarding collaborative bargaining issues.

[NOTE: Dr. Doug Garber, Director of Human Resources Services, Mr. Ted Kirchharr, Assistant Superintendent for Operations, and Mr. Shawn Dennis, Director of Transportation, were also in attendance for this Executive Session.]
