FDLRS/Westgate is pleased to provide training and support for parents and educators throughout Escambia, Okaloosa and Santa Rosa counties, focused on improving the student achievement of exceptional education students.

We also provide free CHILD FIND screenings for non-public school children potentially in need of specialized educational services. Click on the Child Find link above to initiate an online CHILD FIND referral in Escambia, Okaloosa or Santa Rosa counties.

Funding for our services is provided through federal and state dollars through the Florida Department of Education Bureau of Exceptional Education and Student Services. Annual Needs Assessments are provided to districts and families to ensure our services are aligned with local needs.
