Bill Welch, the On the Job Training Coordinator, also teaches Science. Mr. Welch has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design from Auburn University. He taught at the Bureau of Prisons for seven years. Most of Mr. Welch's career has been in wood products and manufacturing. He is certified in Special Education, middle grades integrated curriculum, OJT and has recently passed his Technology Certification test. This is his fourth year at Northview.
