Chief Jeffrey Simpkins teaches NJROTC. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences and a Masters of Arts degree in Education/Early Childhood Development both from TUI University. This is Chief Simpkins first year at Northview. He has served 20 years in the U.S. Navy.
