Obreonne Parker teaches ESE Reading. She has been teaching for ten years. She attended the University of West Florida where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Teaching for the Emotionally Handicapped (EH). She has also received her Reading Endorsement.
