WELCOME FROM THE PRINCIPAL |
| It is my privilege to be the principal of the largest high school
in Escambia County. Our facility has more than 18 buildings built on 80 acres.
Founded in 1878, Tate High School has a commitment to excellence. Our challenging
curriculum offers a variety of Dual Enrollment and Advance Placement courses.
Each year SAT and ACT scores remain competitive and above state averages. Our
extracurricular program offers the same dedication and commitment - from our
2008 State Champion Mock Trial Team. 2009 State winners in the National History Day Fair, to our nationally recognized Showband of the South. Our family, faculty, staff, and students feel that Tate High
School offers something
