Bullying is a conscious, willful, deliberate and repeated hostile activity marked by an imbalance of power, intent to harm, and/or a threat of aggression. Often it leads to a more aggressive form, especially when not controlled, and that leads to terrorize and mentally upset the victim.
If looked upon closely one will observe that one has come across this phenomenon at least one point in their lives. They may either have been the ones bullying or the unfortunate ones at the receiving end, or perhaps have seen it go on. Whichever the case, one fact remains clear; this act is hurtful and harmful, for some people it remains so in the long run, and is not a part of growing up. |
